A Scientific Committee, including internationally-known academics as well as company managers and consultants, applies rigorous evaluation procedures in order to guarantee the highest level of quality of training programmes.

Selection activities and traineeships

UNINFORM Masters represent an absolute innovation. Designed to offer a basic knowledge of all the innovative techniques and fundamental themes of Management Systems, UNINFORM masters promote the growth of a “culture of value” which is more functional for today’s business world than the traditional “culture of productivity”.

Our courses analyse the interrelationship between quality and company strategies, organization, administration and overall management. They are analyses that create value.
They are geared to those just entering into the business world as well as those seeking to reconvert their skills and experience in view of a change in jobs.

Selection for participants in the Masters programme is based on behavioural and motivational interviews conducted using a model of competences.
Outstanding candidates will be awarded full or partial scholarships.

A Traineeship, essential for the learning process, is offered to all enrolled candidates.
Through individual motivational interviews, Faculty members evaluate each participant in order to determine the kind of company they would be most effective in. Then the candidates go through further interviews by the companies of that particular typology to find the most suitable traineeship opportunity.
The criteria used in evaluating candidates are: a) the results of the weekly tests held in class; b) class attendance; c) coursework.


UNINFORM CHARTER

These principles are clearly set forth in the UNINFORM Charter, which specifies the aims and objectives of UNINFORM training programmes:

… “ to create agents for change and innovation that are functional to the development of private and public organizations, agents capable of spreading the scientific knowledge of management techniques and of consolidating their cultural awareness, background knowledge and specific competencies while on the job, particularly in applying scientific discoveries, transferring technological developments, and professionalizing roles. All this is to be accomplished in the framework of a sustainable development of society's resources, conceived as a historical process, with full respect for future GENERATIONS”.
