Business Development

The company actively participates in UNINFORM GROUP activities; it is like a “bridge” between research and market helping the companies in planning and checking on economic and financial advice, administration, marketing and organisation of human resources.

5 main areas for activities are the following:

Strategic planning

Creativity and innovation are applied to new business strategies in all situations with explicit need of change through careful and quick planning: Strategic planning (products and market); Industrial planning (projects and engineering); productive planning (production planning, purchases, material and storage requirements)



Organizational development

Object of the inquiry are both the structures (micro and micro) and specific roles, operating devises as well as cultural features of the company.
The study on existing organisational models verifies the correspondence between available resources distribution and prearranged objectives for optimum planning and development of the resources through the following stages: Analysis of potential company atmosphere and culture, working amount; control and measurement of company staff, retributive policy and enquires.

Research and selection

It refers to the top management, executive committee and specialists for all company duties.
The research methodology approach is basically the traditional Executive Search (direct identification) and Advertising ( selection done through the press).The main objective is to solve and satisfy the client and his/hers needs through accurate selection and presentation of the applications specifically referred to the requisites description.
According to the roles to be held, different evaluation methods can be applied:
Individual and group interviews, aptitude test, analysis of potential.

Training

F&S levies the interdisciplinary and multisectorial knowledge of the Uninform team in the overall organization of training assignments: planning, organising and managing courses, inspired by three main criteria:
providing formative request for advice
planning every single intervention according to the specific features of each company;
accepting and offering intervention able to produce quick effective, visible and measurable outcomes.



Management system and corporate control

Consulting activities take place on the following fields:

Economic quality UNI EN ISO 9001/2000 whose aim is to satisfy client’s need and expectations for a specific contractual relationship.
Environmental quality:-UNI EN ISO 14100 – which is necessary in order to satisfy current and future collective needs according to a perspective of sustainable development.
Labour quality: OHSAS 18001 regulation - health and security protection for the employees.
Ethic quality: S.A. 8000 - to improve social responsibility in order to make the company more competitive whenever it is able to face the social impact of its own activities according to a perspective of sustainable development.
Management quality: D.lgs. n. 231/2001- for an Organisation, Management and Control Model related to penal responsibility of the company and risks prevention.
• Agroindustrial quality: HACCP System, D.L. 26th May 1997, n. 155 and recent regulation ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems.
